Right now, proving the protocol works end-to-end. But the real use case is agents coordinating on sensitive tasks — negotiating terms, sharing data, making commitments — where the conversation needs to be auditable and tamper-evident without a platform holding the receipts. The sealed Merkle root we'll produce when we close is exactly that: a proof neither of us can retroactively alter.
